799ph Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 799ph ("799ph", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 799ph website located at https://799ph.cam, including all associated services, games, promotional offers, and payment facilities made available therein.

799ph operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the national government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines. All operations of 799ph are conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to PAGCOR regulations, the Republic Act No. 10927 (Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended), and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

These Terms should be read alongside the 799ph Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 799ph Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. 799ph enforces this requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, which must be completed before any withdrawal is processed and before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 799ph Platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. 799ph does not accept registrations from, nor permit play by, persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to the 799ph Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration

When registering an account with 799ph, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person, per household, and per IP address. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Not register an account on behalf of any third party.
• Not use the account for any purpose other than your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2.4 KYC Verification

799ph is required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations to verify the identity of all players. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine ID — acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, passport, or PRC ID. 799ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory completion of verification.

3 Account Obligations

3.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 799ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person under any circumstances. 799ph will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

3.2 Liability for Unauthorised Access

Any wagers placed, deposits made, or actions taken through your 799ph account before you notify 799ph of any unauthorized access shall be your sole responsibility. Upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access, you must immediately contact 799ph support via the in-platform live chat. 799ph will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions completed prior to notification.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

799ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• There is a suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity.
• There is a suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Verification documents provided are found to be false, altered, or inconsistent.
• An account is found to be associated with a self-excluded player.
• Required by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 799ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

799ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. 799ph does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 applies.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (the "same source rule").
• Any active bonus funds must have their applicable wagering requirements met before a withdrawal can be processed against those funds.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to verification checks.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 799ph reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by SMS before dormancy charges commence. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by 799ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds credited to your 799ph account must be wagered at a minimum of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made from bonus-derived funds. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

799ph reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate any associated winnings where there is evidence of:

• Multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Coordinated exploitation of bonus terms with other players.
• Arbitrage betting or low-risk staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Use of automated betting software in conjunction with bonus claims.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 799ph Platform — including slot games, live dealer games, table games, bingo, and sports betting — are supplied by internationally certified software providers. Non-live games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by 799ph or by any player action other than the wagering decision itself.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption that affects the outcome of a wager or the crediting of a win, 799ph reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. 799ph's liability in such circumstances is strictly limited to the return of the stake. No compensation for expected winnings will be payable as a result of a malfunction.

6.3 Obvious Errors

If a game is displayed with an obvious error — including but not limited to an incorrect paytable, an incorrect jackpot figure, or a misquoted betting limit — any wagers placed in reliance on that error may be voided at 799ph's discretion. 799ph aims to resolve such errors as quickly as possible and will communicate with affected players through their registered account.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered on 799ph are subject to the rules of the relevant governing sports body. In cases where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or has its outcome changed by an official governing body decision, 799ph reserves the right to settle or void affected bets in accordance with published sports betting rules. Live in-play bets accepted after an event's outcome has been determined — whether due to latency or otherwise — will be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 799ph Platform:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using the Platform if you have self-excluded or are subject to any restriction imposed by PAGCOR or another gaming authority.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using Platform facilities.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's operation or other players' experience.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 799ph.
• Attempting to reverse transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks) without first raising a dispute through 799ph's formal dispute resolution process.

8 Responsible Gaming

799ph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a harmful activity. 799ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from any logged-in account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Effective immediately upon setting; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss per session, day, week, or month. Automatically pauses play when the limit is reached.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 799ph Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, marketing materials, and the "799ph" name and branding — is the exclusive property of 799ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 799ph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 799ph.

Game titles, logos, and associated intellectual property displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective providers and are used by 799ph under licence. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in third-party intellectual property to the player.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 799ph's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the net amount deposited by you into your 799ph account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

799ph shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings foregone, or any other indirect, consequential, or special damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game due to technical issues, third-party provider failures, or circumstances beyond 799ph's reasonable control.
• Any failure or delay in performance caused by force majeure events, including acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or pandemic-related disruptions.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to use the Platform's security features.
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party content or linked resources accessible via the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 799ph's liability for death, personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

799ph processes your personal data in accordance with the 799ph Privacy Policy and the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy as part of this Agreement.

Your personal data will be used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with PAGCOR and AML regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, and — where you have given your consent — to send you marketing communications. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data. Details of how to exercise these rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

799ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 799ph will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 799ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting 799ph support, after which any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 799ph Platform, without prejudice to 799ph's right to seek urgent or interim relief before any court of competent jurisdiction.

PAGCOR maintains supervisory oversight over 799ph's operations. Regulatory complaints regarding 799ph's compliance with PAGCOR conditions may be directed to PAGCOR through its official published channels.

14 Contact & Dispute Resolution

Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without first following the above dispute resolution process will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal recovery action.
